*PAPER MACHE CARTUNA HOUND SPECTACULAR with STEVE WIRTZ *

Steve Wirtz, Cartuna Hound sculpture will join us for 2024. He will offer his paper mache class too!

A fun do-it-yourself workshop that allows you to create a paper mache sculpture in the style of master sculptor Steve Wirtz.

This 2 ½ hour class will have you gluing paper strips over pre-made wire armatures (forms). That’s right; the hard part is done for you. Steve will show you tips and techniques to make the most spectacular sculpture! Absolutely no artistic talent needed. Just show up wearing clothes you don’t mind getting messy and bring a rag or towel to wipe off your hands. All other supplies/materials provided. You won’t want to miss this fun class!

The class size is limited, Please email: sandy-paws@comcast.net if you are interested. The fee is only $45, with a portion being shared to Greythound Guardians.

NEW DMV GA Law:
“Per the DMV:
As of July 1, 2018 Hands-Free Georgia Act prohibits drivers from operating a wireless communication device or stand-alone electronic device while driving. Drivers may only use voice commands via an earpiece, headphone device or device worn on the wrist
All drivers, regardless of age, are banned from texting while behind the wheel.”

SOMETHING NEW!!!! As you know, there is usually a bar set up for our evening activities. The cost of this to Greythound Guardians is not really cost effective and takes away funds that may be donated. Therefore, Villas by the Sea is allowing us to BYOB!!!! Don’t forget bottle openers and drink ware for your personal use. Anything you want to bring will be ok and they will provide ice (for free).
