Sponsorship/Advertising Rates

 Event Sponsorship Levels:

Title Sponsor: $3,000 (2 year commitment)  Includes all of the benefits of Title Sponsor of Sandy Paws-Greyt Fun in the Sun.  Your name will be "top dog" at Sandy Paws including a full page ad in the Sandy Paws Program, Sponsor name at the top of the back of the Event t-shirt, top listing on the "official sponsor page" in the program, invitation to the Sponsor/Vendor Gala, Four (4) gratis registrations for the event including invitations to the Margaritaville Dinner on Friday night, a sponsor goody-bag, Four (4) Event t-shirts and the opportunity to address the attendees at the Friday Night dinner. 

  Blue Sponsor: $2,500 (includes full page in Sandy Paws Program, Sponsor name printed on the back of the Event T-shirt; listing on the "official sponsor page" in the program; invitation to the Sponsor/Vendor Gala; Three (3) gratis registrations for the event including invitation to the Margaritaville dinner er; a sponsor goody-bag and  Three (3) Event T-shirts.

Blue Fawn: $1,500 ( includes Full page in program, Sponsor name on back of event T-Shirt, invitation to the Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor, Two (2) FREE registrations & invitations to the Margaritaville dinner, sponsor goody bag, Two(2) event T-shirts).

Fawn: $1,000 (includes Full Page in program; Sponsor name on back of event T-shirt; invitation to the Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor; Two (2) FREE registrations & invitations to the Margaritaville dinner; sponsor goody bag; Two(2) event T-shirts).

Red: $600 (includes Half-Page in program; Sponsor name on back of event T-shirt; invitation to Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor, sponsor goody bag).

Pary-Colored: $350 (includes Half-Page in program; Sponsor name on back of event T-shirt; invitation to Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor, sponsor goody bag).

Blue Brindle: $250 (includes Quarter-Page in program; Sponsor name on back of event T-shirt; invitation to Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor, sponsor goody bag).

Brindle: $100 (includes Sponsor name on back of event T-shirt; invitation to Sponsor/Vendor Gala; listing as official sponsor, sponsor goody bag). (All Sponsors have the opportunity to provide company literature, specialty advertising products, etc for the participant Goody Bags, which are presented at event check-in. Items for the goody bags must be received no later than Feburary 1, 2010. Additionally, All Sponsors have the option of having their company banners hung in the Pavilion (banners provided by sponsor )

Advertising:

The Sandy Paws Gathering program uses a standard 8x10 printed page.

Advertisement are available in Full Page (8x10), Half-Page (4X5) and Quarter-Page (2X21/2).All advertising copy should be camera ready in a jpeg or pdf format. Copy must be electronically submitted. Please keep in mind color is not available at this time. Your advertisement will appear in black & white.

Deadlines for all submissions is February 1, 2010.

Advertising rates are as follows:

 Full Page $100 Half-Page $50 Quarter-Page $30

Sponsors (at the $250 and higher sponsorship level) receive an gratis ad as follows:

$250 (Quater-Page ad) $350-600 (Half-Page) $1,000 & above (Full Page)
